Sinopsis
Ever since Alix was small, she's had a crush on Rhys, a boy ten years her elder. Now, at twenty years old, her thoughts still run wild with dreams of marrying him... So when, after years spurning her advances, Rhys proposes to her, Alix accepts, overjoyed that her childhood dream has at last come true. But Rhys continues to put work first—he won't even set the wedding date. Alix begins to wonder if Rhys even loves her... and that's when she hears a rumor she can hardly believe: the construction conglomerate where Rhys works will only consider employees for executive positions if they're married...and that's the only reason he's proposed to her!
