Tentang
Nicholas Wong is the colonel of the regiment of military policeman who maintain order in the city. He appears to be a rational, calm individual who works with the PSB team sent to investigate the situation at Shambala Float.
In reality, he is a cold-hearted killer who has replaced the military personnel with latent criminals with the intention of using the Sibyl System to maintain control over the populace.
