Tentang
Caesar Alexandrovich Sergeyev is a powerful and enigmatic mafia heir from the Russian crime syndicate. Known as "Tsar," Caesar was raised amid violence and political intrigue, shaping him into a ruthless yet charismatic leader. Behind his suave exterior lies a possessive and calculating man, especially in his obsession with Leewon Jeong, a South Korean civil rights attorney.
His relationship with Leewon is considered very toxic since later on in the manhwa, he shoots Leewon in fear he would leave Russia. In addition, he kidnaps leewon and treats him horribly afterwards. Unfortunately, Caesar brushes this off and never apologizes for his actions.
