Riliphin is Richeh's older brother and an apprentice witch under Beldaruit.

Riliphin is a reserved and quiet young man. He has a strong aversion to areas with a large number of people, and prefers quiet places. He considers himself a failure for being unable to speak up when his sister Richeh was verbally abused by the master of their mutual atelier.
