Neibu

Neibu is a mysterious young man who first introduces himself to Taku Kamishiro as the new employee at his high school cafeteria. However, he is also the leader of a secret organization called "Rudiments", whose mission is to track down and capture people who, like him, have been infected by the "ID" virus.

After saving Taku's life, Neibu recruits him into Rudiments. Since then, they have been working together to find a vaccine for ID and fight "CID", a rival corporation.
