Aoi is a DJ that performs exclusively for a members-only club, "Alter-Ego", which has a long history. Her androgynous looks attract many fans. She became captivated by Tsubaki's vocals and asked her to form a DJ unit. Usually she wears a poker face and doesn't show her true emotions, but she opens up her heart to her unit members. She is quite polite, even referring to those younger than her with the "-san" honorific.
Although Aoi may seem like a womanizer and often draws female attention to herself due to her androgynous appearance and princely personality, she does not take advantage of those she meets and often appears oblivious to their affections. At the same time, it is implied that she is already used to people often mistaking her for a handsome guy and appreciates RONDO fans regardless of their perception of her. Although sometimes she gets tired of the excessive passion of her fans.
