Kuzumi

Kuzumi is a hitman and Yukitaka Shiki's partner. He is also a police inspector, allowing him to easily tamper with evidence and lead his colleagues down false trails. He possesses unwavering composure and a serious demeanor, eliminating his targets efficiently, without hesitation or emotion. He is also highly skilled in hand-to-hand combat.

Although he only accepts contracts to kill criminals, Kuzumi does not hesitate to eliminate any inconvenient witnesses. He appears uninterested in money and it's possible that he kills simply for himself. However, he has great affection for Ogawara, a fellow police officer from whom he conceals his illegal activities.
