Hugo is a France U-20 and Arsenaly (Blue Lock's arsenal equivalent) player and he is part of the New Generation World XI, playing as a Center Midfielder with the Deep-Lying Playmaker role.
Hugo takes the appearance of a rather handsome young man paired with black observant eyes. He has a toned physique, long lashes and messy hair where his right side of his forehead is shown with little hair bangs. He usually has a blank expression on his face and wears number 9 on his france jersey. He was first seen with a book in hand.
Hugo follows a philosophy of following ones own destiny and suitability, thus, pursuing a dream outside of their reach is wasting ones potential. He's often named himself as the 2nd best.
His dream is to win the world cup 4 times.
