Mikoto Hidaka

Hidaka Mikoto is a student at Hirasaka High School who goes to Class 1-C, the childhood friend of Amada Teruhito, and the female lead of the series. She has an intense love for Ishii Kazuki and regularly disregards regular boundaries to show her affection for him. Despite being childhood friends, she harbors only hatred for Amada Teruhito. She's generally cold to people who aren't close to her.

She's an expert at stalking and describes it as "being an aggressive hard worker". She works the same convenience store part-time job as Ishii Kazuki. The two types of YouTube videos she watches are cooking videos and break-in videos.

Due to being the child of her father's mistress, Hidaka Mikoto's family raised her lovelessly and only out of a sense of duty. Her affection for Ishii Kazuki stems from the day he comforted her and played with her at the park when she was 5 years old. Her contempt for Amada Teruhito comes from when he stole the friendship bracelet Kazuki gave her and his general delusions about ending up as her lover.
