Kotono is a gachikoi fan of Cosmo, member of the NewTube streamer group COSMIC. She enjoys cooking and works at a Japanese-themed maid cafe. She's tall and beautiful with a shy, gentle personality, but her sharp teeth and dark eyes that reflect no light can cause her to also look a bit unsettling. She bleaches a streak of white in her long, black hair to match the streak in Cosmo's. Like other gachikoi fans, she is also "seriously in love" with Cosmo despite never having met him, but she wants to protect him from harm, and doesn't want her feelings to cause him any trouble.
