Kasumi Chigusa

Tentang

Kasumi is the subhead of Chiba City. He is cynical and currently an advocate as well. His habit of making his flaws obviously makes him stand out and the only one who understands him is his younger sister, Asuha. His weapon is a sniper rifle. His power is echolocation which allows him to freely search out his targets via sound.
