Tentang
The most popular boy among first year students. Due to being asked out too many times by girls he doesn't even speak to, he became ignorant of the girls' name. A teaser and comedy lover, teasing his best friend, Abe, seems to be one of his major hobbies as he even goes as far as kissing Rumi, Abe's love interest, just to have fun as well as giving Abe a push forward in his relationship with Rumi. Unlike his clueless naive friend Abe, Chiba is more scheming and carefree as he doesn't seem to care much about rumors and even make scandalous news about himself as long as it's fun to him.
After Matsu reveals her fujoshi nature to him and co, he finds her more interesting than before and slowly falls in love with her.
